Anneliese Louise van der Pol is a native of Holland and an American actress and singer. She is known for her theatre work and for acting as Chelsea Daniels on the Disney Channel series That's So Raven and its sequel Raven's Home. Anneliese van der Pol (American Female) is a Dutch-based actor and performer who has been renowned for her recurring roles on the television series That's So Raven. Van der Pol recorded R&B/pop renditions from The Lion King Circle of Life, and Cinderella The Dream Is a Wish You make for the special edition release of both films, which also featured The Disney Channel Circle of Stars. In 2006 she recorded her own cover version of the iconic Disney track Candle on the Water from Pete's Dragon for an edition of Disneymania. Based on her Broadway role in the role of Belle van der Pol recorded numerous songs which were included in the soundtrack of the production, such as the iconic A Change in Me.
